Accessing Your Claims Online
Members can access information by logging on to
www.healthsmart.com.
Registering to Use the Web site
To use the website you must register. Below the logon box, click on the link that says “register here.” A form will come up. You must type in:
- Employee ID (Refer to your PEIA ID card for this information.)
- Group number (Printed on your PEIA ID card to the right of your ID number)
- First and last name
- Policyholder’s Date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy)
- Zip code
- E-mail address
Important: The e-mail address you provide with your registration is where your password will be sent. Please be sure it is correct.
The system allows you to choose your username and password.
Logging On
Click on the link “Employee Logon” on the left-hand side of the page. A logon screen will appear requesting a username and password. Type in your username and password. Click the “Log in” button. Once the page loads, you should see your name near the top left-hand side of the page. You also will see personal information such as your name, birth date, and the plan in which you are enrolled.
Search Health Claims
By clicking on this link, you can find information concerning your medical claims–claim number, the date(s) of service, the total claimed amount, the amount that was paid, and the claim status. For further claim details, click "View Details."
Logging Off
Click the link that says, “Log Off.” You will be logged off the Employee Website, and will be returned to the
HealthSmart logon page.
