Policyholders can log into Manage My Benefits on the PEIA website and view their Improve Your Score, Living Will Affidavit, and Tobacco status. Click on the "Coverage for Next Plan Year" button to review discount status. If there is a YES marked, the policyholder will receive that discount for Plan Year 2012.
