The PEIA FACE TO FACE DIABETES PROGRAM is available to PPB Plan participants or Medicare primary plan members who have been diagnosed with diabetes. PEIA’s Face to Face Diabetes Care Management offers many benefits. Members receive health education services and counseling from a participating Face to Face provider certified in diabetes self-management. Members also receive waived co-pays on some diabetes related prescription drugs and some lab tests. (Participants are responsible for their deductibles.)
