New and renewing members of the Humana Medicare Advantage program will receive a number of items from Humana in the next 45 days.
New members will receive a provider directory and an ID card holder in the next week or so, followed by actual ID cards. They also will receive the Evidence of Coverage, which outlines program benefits, by the end of July.
Renewing members also will receive a new provider directory and ID card in separate mailings, followed by the Evidence of Coverage and the Annual Notice of Change, which outlines changes to the plan from last year.
