The Finance Board will hold meetings on Aug. 26, Sept. 30, Oct. 22 and Dec. 2 at 1 p.m. at 601 57th St., SE (Division of Environmental Protection Building), Room 1041, Charleston.
Public hearings will be held in Charleston on Nov. 8, Beckley on Nov. 9, Martinsburg on Nov. 15, Morgantown on Nov. 16, Wheeling on Nov. 17 and Huntington on Nov. 18. All heaings start at 6 p.m. Information to be addressed at the public hearings will be made available on the Web site after it is finalized.
