The Finance Board will hold public hearings in Charleston on Nov. 8, Beckley on Nov. 9, Martinsburg on Nov. 15, Morgantown on Nov. 16, Wheeling on Nov. 17 and Huntington on Nov. 18. All hearings start at 6 p.m., and PEIA customer service will answer questions from 5 to 6 p.m.
