The PEIA Finance Board will accept public comments about the proposed financial plan for Plan Year 2013 by mail and e-mail until Dec. 9. The board recently held public hearings in six cities and will meet to discuss the plan on Dec. 13, 1 p.m., 601 57th St., Charleston, WV, Room 1041.
