 Common Specialty Medications List 

Common Specialty medications are available ONLY through CuraScript, and the medications are mailed to either your home or physician’s office. Most often these are self-administered injections.

After you have met your prescription drug deductible, the copayment is $50 per month for any drugs in this class.

Please refer to the list of the most “Common Specialty Medications” below. These drugs are not available in 90-day supplies.

In addition to providing these specialty medications to our members, CuraScript offers:

• A Patient Care Coordinator who serves as your personal advocate and point of contact.
• Delivery of your specialty medications directly to you or your doctor.
• Supplies to administer your medications — at no additional cost.
• Care management programs to help you get the most from your medications.

If you are prescribed one of these common specialty medications, you may fill the prescription once at your local pharmacy, but then you'll need to call CuraScript toll-free at 1-866-413-4135 (8 a.m. – 9 p.m. ET, Monday-Friday and 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. ET, Saturday) to make arrangements for additional supplies. A Patient Care Coordinator will contact your physician and work with you to schedule a delivery time for the medication.
