PEIA 101

PEIA 101 is a required course for all designated Benefit Coordinators. It is designed to provide new benefit coordinators with the information necessary to carry out this vital role. It is also a great refresher course, so coordinators should plan on taking PEIA 101 every two or three years to keep abreast of changes to policies, forms, etc.

PEIA 101 will help you understand the "ins and outs" of your position and give you the tools you need. From forms to functions, PEIA 101 provides information you need to do your job easily and efficiently.

There are two ways to take PEIA 101: There's an online version that's always available, and there's a live version that's offered periodically. Live classes are scheduled for 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. on the first Tuesday of the month . Classes are held at the PEIA offices at 601 57th St., SE, Suite 2, in Charleston. There is a one hour lunch break so that you can visit one of the convenient restaurants nearby if you wish.
